In this presentation, I will introduce some of my research on OS kernels and hypervisors in terms of protection and management of computer systems.

About the speaker
Takahiro Shinagawa received his Ph.D. degree in Science from the University of Tokyo in 2003. After working as an assistant professor and lecturer at some universities in Japan, he has been working as an Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo since 2011. His research interests include operating systems, system software, virtualization, and secure computing. He is a member of ACM, IEEE, and USENIX.
